Delivery Regions

Primary Service Area – Western Cape, Cape Town

We offer reliable delivery throughout the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa. This is our primary service region with full in-house delivery support.

Outside Western Cape

Delivery outside of Western Cape can be arranged, however:

• Delivery is subject to arrangement with external courier services
• The client is fully liable for any damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party couriers
• Additional shipping costs will apply and must be covered by the client

Important: For deliveries outside Western Cape, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Delivery Times

Express Delivery (Within 30km of Montague Gardens)

• Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday)

Standard Delivery

• Delivery times vary based on your location and the courier company used
• Our team will communicate expected delivery windows when your order is processed

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
• Processing may be extended if there are stock or supply issues
• After placing your order, you are welcome to contact us regarding any special queries or requests

Note: We operate within set product specifications and cannot add additional materials to products. Custom requests may be accommodated at additional cost—please contact us for details.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location
• Some products may have separate delivery fees, which will be clearly displayed
• Full delivery costs will be visible before you complete your purchase

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the invoice number provided at checkout. For tracking enquiries, please contact our support team.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and nature of our furniture products.

Delivery & Client Responsibility

Doorstep Delivery

We deliver directly to your doorstep. Please note:

• The client is responsible for transporting the product from the delivery point (e.g., parking area) to the final location inside the premises
• We reserve the right to decline further assistance in cases such as:
  • Buildings without elevator access on higher floors
  • Narrow passages or stairwells where the product cannot fit
  • Any situation where safe delivery is not feasible

Size & Fit Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the product dimensions fit their space
• If a product cannot be delivered due to incorrect sizing on the client's part, the following fees apply:
  • Full delivery fees (non-refundable)
  • 25% administration fee on the product price
  • The company is not liable for any shipping costs in these circumstances

Post-Delivery Liability

• Once the order has arrived and the client has confirmed the product is in good condition, the client assumes full responsibility for any subsequent damages, scratches, dents, or wear
• Morpheus Furniture will not be liable for any damages that occur after delivery confirmation

International Shipping

International shipping is not available through our website. However, if you are interested in international delivery, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements with a sales representative.

Delays & Lost Packages

Within Western Cape

Our in-house delivery team ensures reliable service. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately and we will resolve them.

Outside Western Cape

• Deliveries arranged with third-party couriers are the client's responsibility
• Morpheus Furniture is not liable for any damages, delays, or lost packages caused by external courier services
